Here's a look back at some of the changes to the island in 2007.
The Dasani tram car makes its debut.
The ride-through zombie ride goes "3-d" and adds this headless horseman stunt outside.
The aquarium gets its new neon sign.
Supercade sells off its horse race game. Randy Senna purchased this game and still has it in storage.
The Gemini store opens.
The dark ride on Cedar Ave is replaced by indoor miniature golf and old time photos. They keep most of the original façade from the ride.
The Coca-Cola sign was painted and new bulbs added, but it still didn't work.
The Boardwalk's Best gift shop opens.
After several seasons of no stores here...some make-shift stores finally open at the 3000 block.
The Cook's Shoppe opens.
Olympic gets a new neon sign.
The Crab House/2 Mile Landing is closed due to the dining room floor collapsing.
The Great Nor'easter is painted white.
My son had his first Curley's Fry, Mack's Pizza and Kohr's Brothers. Changing his diaper that night was not fun!
It's amazing how much changes in one season down the shore. I'll be heading down to Wildwood this weekend, so I'll be looking out for 2022 changes.
Yeah..it was a dark ride...but it wasn't anything special. I only rode it once.
