Anyone on social media has probably seen this already but the condominium conversion of the OceanView Motel in the Crest fell through a new group purchased the motel with plans of a full renovation and building off of the mid-century modern design. The renderings look fantastic and the OceanView will finally be the shining jewel it deserves to be. Hopefully this will continue to show that these properties can be brought up to today's standards without losing character.
